b. I started my coop with Epismart/Epitek in April and have worked for this company for six months. Working for Epismart/Epitek, for Dr. Baranowitz,  was a complete pleasure! Expect to be challenged in different fields anywhere from reading frequent scientific literature, keeping up to date with current news, taking care of his medical practice and interacting with patients, to learning about the pharmaceutical industry. I was exposed to different career paths along the way, which allowed myself to obtain a better grasp of what to expect in a particular field. I’ve learned a great deal from my coop and have grown professionally, academically, and personally. By choosing this type of internship you become a part of a team instead of a company that is steadily working towards its goal – to better improve people’s lives.
